Outdoor video network Gas Station TV (GSTV) has teamed up with Toyota to launch the Prius Neighborhood, a TV show and website that pulls in viewer-submitted content about local events. People can upload info event details to the site and its linked social network accounts; GSTV will pick specific ones to cover on-air (via the Kelsey Group).
