This privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) is provided by Destination Media, Inc. d/b/a “GSTV” (“GSTV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and provides information regarding our collection, use and disclosure of the personal information that we collect about you (“you” or “your”) when you use our websites, gstv.com and gstvsweeps.com (the “GSTV Sites”) or otherwise interact with us. Job Application Information: We may collect job application information, such as employment and education history, skills, employment eligibility and other information provided by you or third parties, such as recruiters, online application portals, your current employer, references and background check providers, when you apply for a job with us.
Information from Advertisers and Data Analysts: We may collect information about you from our third-party advertisers and data analysts, such as LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and Dreamdata.
Information You Provide to Us: We may also collect any other information that you provide to us.
2. Usage of Personal Information
We may use your personal information to:
Provide and Improve the GSTV Sites: Provide you with and improve the GSTV Sites.
Communications: Communicate with you and respond to your requests, service inquiries, questions and concerns.

Right to Opt Out of Sales, Sharing and Targeted Advertising: Right to opt out of the sale of your personal information or sharing or processing of your personal information for purposes of targeted advertising. GSTV utilizes third-party cookies and tracking technologies that share certain personal information with third parties for analytics and advertising purposes. You may exercise your right to opt out of the sale of your personal information or sharing or processing of your personal information for purposes of targeted advertising by toggling off the Performance and Analytics Cookies and Advertising and Social Media Cookies in our cookie management tool. Also, residents of certain states may opt out of the sale of their personal information or sharing or processing of their personal information for purposes of targeted advertising by utilizing the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”). If you access the GSTV Sites from different browsers or devices, your settings for cookies and tracking technologies may need to be reconfigured on each. Please note that the GSTV Sites do not respond to “do not track” signals.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising the foregoing rights.
If you would like to submit a request regarding your personal information, you may (i) email info@gstv.com, (ii) submit a form through the GSTV Site here, or (iii) call 888-581-4788. When reaching out to us, please state the right you wish to exercise and your state of residence. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days. We will either provide a substantive response or inform you that additional time is needed (up to an additional 45 calendar days), including the reason for the extension, within 45 calendar days after receipt of your request.
You may submit a request on your own behalf or through an authorized agent. To designate an authorized agent, you must provide the agent with written authorization (including a power of attorney) and complete any identity verification steps we may require.
In order to process your request, we must be able to verify your identity and/or the authority of your authorized agent. To verify your identity, we may require that you provide us with at least two items of personal information that we already maintain about you and/or give a declaration attesting to your identity under penalty of perjury. We will use the personal information you provide solely for verification purposes.
If your request is denied, residents of certain states may have the right to appeal our decision. You may do so by replying directly to the denial notice or emailing your appeal to info@gstv.com.
Notice of Financial Incentive
From time to time, we may conduct promotions, sweepstakes and contests, and offer you rewards, such as cash or free gas, in exchange for your participation. Your participation is entirely voluntary and you may opt in by agreeing to take part. You may also decline to participate or stop participating at any time (i.e., by not completing the form). You may withdraw your participation at any time by emailing info@gstv.com. Please note that rewards are provided only upon completion of the applicable form. In connection with these promotions, sweepstakes and contests, we may collect your name, email address, home address and any additional information you choose to provide. We have made a good-faith determination that the value of the personal information processed in connection with these promotions, sweepstakes and contests is reasonably equivalent to the value of the incentives offered.
California’s Shine the Light Law
California’s Shine the Light Law allows California residents to request, once per year and at no cost, information from us about our disclosure of their personal information to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes.
6. Links to Third-Party Websites
The GSTV Sites may contain links to websites operated and maintained by third parties over whom we have no control. The information and privacy practices of these third-party websites are not covered by this Privacy Policy. Any information you provide to third parties or third-party websites will be governed by the terms of such third party’s privacy policy. We assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever and expressly disclaim any such liability for the content, actions or policies, including the information and privacy practices, of third parties. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of all third-party websites that are linked to on the GSTV Sites.
7. Our Commitment to Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of children is especially important. For that reason, GSTV does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from persons under 18 years of age, and no part of the GSTV Sites is directed to persons under 18. If you are under 18 years of age, please do not use or access the GSTV Sites at any time or in any manner or otherwise provide us with your personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at info@gstv.com. If GSTV learns that we have collected personal information from a person under 18 years of age, then GSTV will take appropriate steps to delete this information.
