Eric Kozik

Interim President & CEO

Eric Kozik is a seasoned strategy and finance executive with a track record of driving growth, transformation, and value creation across media, technology, and PE-backed businesses. Known for blending strategic vision with financial acumen, Eric specializes in corporate development, M&A, and building scalable platforms through disciplined execution. He currently serves as Interim President & CEO of GSTV, where he leads the business and oversees the company’s commercial agenda, including revenue, network expansion, technology, strategic priorities, and marketing. 

He is responsible for driving the company’s execution against its strategic priorities, aligning teams around key initiatives, and ensuring disciplined performance across the business. His leadership emphasizes performance-driven outcomes, accountability, and transformation, aligning closely with GSTV’s ambitious growth trajectory in the converging digital video, retail media, and digital out-of-home (DOOH) sectors. Prior to stepping into the CEO role, Eric served as Chief Strategy Officer at GSTV, where he led enterprise-wide strategy, corporate development, and strategic partnerships. 

Before joining GSTV, Eric served as Head of Corporate Development & Innovation, M&A at Cox Media Group under Apollo ownership. He began his career in corporate and investment banking at Moelis & Company and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he executed more than $4 billion in transactions. 

Eric holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School and a BS in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Outside of work, he is passionate about skiing, boating, fly fishing, and global travel.
