Alyssa Chen

Vice President • Human Resources

Alyssa Chen leads Human Resources at GSTV, partnering closely with the company’s leadership and HR teams to support its people priorities, employee experience, and continued organizational growth. She brings 16 years of HR experience across technology, fintech, marketing, and information services organizations, including Omnicom, Visible Alpha, S&P Global, and Zeta Global. 

With deep expertise in organizational design, HR strategy, and change management, Alyssa is focused on building scalable people practices that help teams do their best work while supporting the evolving needs of the business. Her experience also includes work in mergers and acquisitions, where she has helped organizations navigate growth, integration, and transformation. 

Alyssa holds a master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from Columbia University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, watching an impressive amount of television, and learning how to ride a bike through the hills of Westchester.
