Tiffany Southwell leads Product Strategy and Customer Experience at GSTV, where she identifies market opportunities, translates customer insights into scalable products, and shapes the roadmap that creates greater value for advertisers, retailers, and consumers. She also provides strategic leadership, cross-functional alignment, and executive direction for GSTV’s measurement function. 

Tiffany brings more than two decades of experience leading product strategy, measurement, retail media, and customer experience initiatives. Most recently, she served as Principal Product Manager at Viant Technology, where she led the company’s supply strategy and transformed supply into a competitive advantage through machine learning-driven quality models, strategic publisher partnerships, and new supply insights for publishers and advertisers. 

Prior to Viant, Tiffany spent nearly two decades in retail and CPG at Catalina, working across operations, technology, product, and commercial leadership. There, she built the company’s digital out-of-home media and measurement businesses from the ground up, launched industry-first audience and measurement capabilities, expanded a national media network that included GSTV, and grew media revenue. She also became a recognized industry voice through speaking engagements and contributions to publications including Ad Age, Marketing Dive, and Supermarket News. 

A collaborative, player-coach leader, Tiffany is known for connecting strategy with execution, solving complex customer and business challenges, and building teams that enjoy working together. She is energized by mentoring the next generation of leaders and creating organizations that can grow with the business. 

Outside of work, Tiffany is usually with her four kids—traveling somewhere new, cheering on the Florida Gators, or finding an excuse to get outside in the garden.
