DETROIT, MI — October 5, 2026 — GSTV, the national media network engaging and entertaining targeted audiences at scale across tens of thousands of fuel retailers, today announced the appointment of Eric Kozik as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), following his service as interim President and CEO since earlier this year. The company also strengthened its leadership team with three new executives: Tiffany Southwell as Senior Vice President, Measurement, Customer Experience (CX) and Product; Jeremy Tauber as Senior Vice President, Client Partnerships, East; and Alyssa Chen as Vice President of Human Resources.

“Since stepping into the interim CEO role earlier this year, Eric has demonstrated the vision, leadership, and industry expertise needed to drive GSTV forward,” said Jim Wilson, CEO, Madhive, and Chairman of the Board at GSTV. “In a short time, he has set a course for new growth for the organization, introduced a performance focused commercial playbook, and expanded our partnerships with key advertisers and retailer brands. Moreover, he has elevated the focus on current and new talent, including notable hires throughout the organization.”

Kozik brings extensive experience in strategy, finance, and corporate development across media, technology, and private-equity-backed businesses and a deep understanding of GSTV’s business, strategy, and growth opportunities. Prior to his interim President and CEO role, he was GSTV’s Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) where he led the strategy to grow the company's retail network and build its commerce and retail media business. Pairing strategic vision with financial rigor, he has a strong track record of driving transformation and value creation through both organic growth and strategic transactions. Prior to GSTV, Kozik served as Head of Corporate Development & Innovation, M&A at Cox Media Group under Apollo ownership, and earlier worked in investment banking at Moelis & Company and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he executed more than $4 billion in transactions. In his role as President and Chief Executive Officer, Kozik will continue to lead enterprise strategy, corporate development, strategic partnerships, and key value creation initiatives.

“When I stepped into this role, I spent my first months listening to our retailers and advertisers. What they want from us is clear: outcomes, flexibility, and partners who know their business. We’ve already started acting on it and I look forward to continuing our momentum alongside a talented and passionate team at GSTV. Tiffany, Jeremy, and Alyssa are a big part of what comes next,” said Kozik. “Between them, they’ve built measurement products, sold digital media to leading brands and agencies, and helped companies grow through change. That expertise will strengthen every campaign we run and every site on our network. And there’s more to come.”

Southwell joins GSTV as Senior Vice President, Measurement, Customer Experience (CX) and Product, where she will lead the measurement, product, go-to-market strategy, and design functions and shape a roadmap that creates more value for advertisers, retailers, and consumers. She brings more than two decades of experience across product, measurement, and retail media. Most recently, she led supply strategy as Principal Product Manager at Viant Technology. Before that, she spent nearly two decades at Catalina USA, rising to Vice President, Out of Home Media, and expanding a national media network that included GSTV.

Tauber joins GSTV as Senior Vice President, Client Partnerships, East, bringing extensive experience in sales leadership, client partnerships, media, advertising, and digital technology. Before joining GSTV, Tauber served as Vice President of Agency Sales at Zeta Global. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Integral Ad Science, Brainly, Samsung Ads, and Yahoo. Throughout his career, Tauber has built deep expertise across digital media, advertising technology, agency partnerships, programmatic advertising, and connected TV. In his role at GSTV, he will lead client partnership efforts across the East region, strengthening relationships with brands and agencies while driving new business.

Chen joins GSTV as Vice President of Human Resources, where she will partner with leadership to shape the company's people priorities, employee experience, and organizational growth. She brings 16 years of HR experience at technology, financial technology, marketing, and information services companies, including Omnicom, Visible Alpha, S&P Global, and Zeta Global. Her expertise spans organization design, HR strategy, and change management, including mergers and acquisitions, where she has helped organizations navigate growth, integration, and transformation.
