Craig Abolt leads GSTV's financial strategy and operations, ensuring fiscal discipline, and driving long-term value creation. A strategic thought partner to the CEO and board of directors, he oversees corporate finance, accounting, and data-driven initiatives.  

Craig is a seasoned CFO, operations and systems leader across private-equity-backed and public companies. He delivers transformative financial leadership and strategic insight, driving measurable results from high-growth startups to global enterprises. A specialist in business transformation, rapid revenue growth, and M&A execution, Craig excels at solving complex challenges to maximize shareholder value. He is also a proven team builder who inspires high-performance cultures and leads with a deep focus on AI, bringing a future-forward lens to innovation and scale. 

Before GSTV, Craig was CFO at Real Chemistry, a global business focused on AI-driven insights, data analytics, and marketing and communications solutions for the healthcare industry. Under his tenure, revenue grew significantly while EBIDTA nearly tripled. Prior to that, he was CFO at Intersection / CityBridge where he was instrumental in the LinkNYC rollout, and also drove impact as CFO for Titan, Covanta Holding Corporation, and DIRECTV Latin America.  

Craig grew up in Illinois, met his wife in Chicago, and their path has included Los Angeles — where their two boys were born — along with Miami, Argentina, New Jersey, and now Westchester, NY. Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, mountain biking, and the outdoors, and most of all hanging out with his family.
