Kat Piscatelli serves as Senior Vice President, Transformation at GSTV, where she partners closely with the executive leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, strengthen operational excellence, and accelerate enterprise-wide execution.

Based in New York City, Kat brings deep expertise in business transformation, operational strategy, and organizational growth. Prior to joining GSTV, she held leadership roles at WPP/VML and Real Chemistry/21GRAMS, where she led large-scale business operations, enterprise integrations, and cross-functional initiatives that improved performance and enabled sustainable growth. She is passionate about solving complex business challenges, building high-performing teams, and creating the structure, alignment, and clarity that help organizations scale and succeed.

Outside of work, Kat enjoys SoulCycle, spending time with her nieces and nephews, and escaping to Cape Cod whenever she has the chance.
